BTG Legal Staffing evolved after years of working with legal professionals practicing in a variety of specialized fields.

While personally not having a law degree, my interest was peaked by my maternal grandparents who were BOTH attorneys.  That may not sound so unusual these days.  However, almost 100 years ago, it was unheard of.  My grandmother was the only female in Essex County, New Jersey to pass the bar in 1933.  She and my grandfather practiced business and family law as a team throughout their careers.  Watching their partnership flourish, really intensified my appeal for the field.  But, as much as I wanted to pursue a career in law, my life’s circumstances never seemed to align.  Until now!

Ironically, over the past 25 years, I have managed to develop significant relationships with many successful attorneys.  My client base has consisted of lawyers in ABC, criminal defense, entertainment, personal injury and wrongful death, real estate, and workers’ compensation defense.  Each are highly respected in their local communities, among their peers, those that sit across the aisle, and even in front of the bench.

Currently, my focus is exclusively directed toward workers’ compensation defense.  As the employment landscape has forever changed since 2020, I believe now, more than ever, there is a duty to protect companies which act in accordance to their industry standards while quickly resolving potentially volatile situations before they escalate.  Of course, when opposing parties can’t agree on how to settle a matter, my clients fight hard but fair to defend the position they were retained for.
